These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bag Boo online store (the "Site") and your purchases from ECOM PAPER PRODUCTION LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products and pricing

We do our best to show products, colors, sizes and prices accurately. Colors and textures may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities and refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent.

3. Orders and payment

By placing an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout, including taxes and shipping where applicable. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; if we cancel an order before it ships, we issue a full refund.

4. One-time purchases only

All products are sold as one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions, recurring billing or automatic renewals, and you will only be charged for orders you place.

5. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including names, logos, text, images and graphics, is owned by or licensed to ECOM PAPER PRODUCTION LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit false information.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties except those that cannot be waived. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ECOM PAPER PRODUCTION LLC and its officers, employees and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
