Bag Boo is operated by ECOM PAPER PRODUCTION LLC, and we want you to love your bag. If it isn't right, returning it is simple.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

1. Change of mind

  • Items must be unused, with tags and protective packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • The customer pays return shipping costs.
  • Restocking fee: $0.00.

2. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you (prepaid return label provided if a return is needed).

Where returned bags go

Returned bags that are in good condition and cannot be resold as new are donated to local charities, so they get carried again instead of ending up in a landfill.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email ecompapershopify@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will reply within 1 business day with the return instructions and address.
  3. Please do not send items back without authorization from our team.

Refunds

  • Returned items are inspected within 2 business days of arrival.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take another 2 to 5 business days to show on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Return requests made more than 30 calendar days after delivery.
  • Items that are used, damaged by use, or missing tags and packaging (change-of-mind returns).
  • Items sent back without prior email authorization.

One-Time Purchases Only

We do not offer subscriptions, recurring billing or auto-shipments. You are only charged for orders you place.
