Bag Boo is operated by ECOM PAPER PRODUCTION LLC. Here is everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- Orders under $50: $2.99 flat-rate shipping.
The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days from the day your order ships. Estimated total time from order to delivery: 6 to 13 business days. Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories and military addresses may take longer, and carrier delays can happen during peak seasons or bad weather.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of your order, email us at ecompapershopify@gmail.com.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your home and with neighbors. If it is still missing, or if it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number (and photos if it is damaged) and we will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
Shipping Protection. Shipping Protection is an optional add-on (US$1.99 per order). It is added to your cart by default and you can remove it at any time before checkout. If your order includes it and the package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, we reship your items free of charge as soon as you report it, without waiting for the carrier claim. Report it by email within 7 days of the delivery date (or of the last tracking update if it never arrives) with your order number, and photos if it is damaged.
