We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $2.99.

It is an optional add-on for US$1.99 per order. If your package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, we reship your items free of charge as soon as you report it, without waiting for the carrier claim. It is added to your cart by default and you can remove it before checkout.

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and delivered in 5 to 10 business days after they ship. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return it. Email us with your order number and we'll send you the instructions. Bags that come back in good condition are donated to local charities. See our Refund Policy.

Each product page lists its materials. Many of our bags are made from vegan leather or vegan suede.

Every product page has a "What size is it?" answer with the measurements and what fits inside.

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
