When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow it.
Search your inbox for the email address you used at checkout, and check your spam or promotions folder too. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan.

No password needed: we send a one-time code to your email.
When will it arrive?
Here is how long each step takes.
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed.
- Delivery: 5 to 10 business days from the day it ships.
- In total: about 6 to 13 business days from order to door. Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories and military addresses can take longer.
Tracking is not moving
Carriers scan in batches, so a tracker can sit still for a few days and then jump ahead.
If you have no tracking 5 business days after ordering, or it has not moved for a week, write to us and we will check it with the carrier.
